Is there a free trial?
We do not run a self-serve trial. We onboard every business with a personalised demo and a guided setup so you start with your real services, staff and clients in place. Book a demo and we will walk you through the full product before you commit.
What does the monthly price actually cover?
One subscription covers the full platform for your business: bookings, point of sale, clients, services, inventory (Professional and above), reports, the public booking page and all standard updates. There are no per-feature add-ons hidden behind the price you see.
Are payment processing fees extra?
Yes. Card payments are processed through Paystack and incur their standard processing fees. SpaSuite 360 does not add a markup on top of the processor fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Your plan includes a generous staff allowance: up to 3 on Starter, up to 15 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise. There are no per-seat charges within those limits.
What if I have multiple locations?
Multi-location is included on the Enterprise plan, with consolidated reporting, location-aware staff and inventory, and brand-wide marketing. We will work with you to size the right configuration during your demo.
Do you help me migrate from another system?
Yes. Professional includes guided onboarding. Enterprise includes bulk client and service migration assistance, dedicated onboarding and training, plus a dedicated account manager.
Are prices in USD or NGN?
Plans are listed in USD and NGN, and you can switch between the two on this page. We bill in your local currency at checkout based on your business location.
